Welcome to Recovery Life & Wholehearted Living

Recovery is more than overcoming addiction. It is the courageous journey of reclaiming your authentic self, embracing your inherent worthiness, and creating a life of purpose, connection, and wholehearted living.

Recovery Life Coaching is a supportive, collaborative conversation grounded in respect, compassion, openness, and honesty. While counseling focuses on diagnosing and healing past emotional wounds, coaching is future-focused, action-oriented, and empowering.

We partner together to focus on where you are now, where you want to go, and what you are willing to do to get there. Our journey together is grounded in four core values:

For those that are ready to wake up, show up, and walk with intention.

What You Will Build

Clear Communication:

Tools to improve how you communicate in all of your relationships and understand what is actually driving your behavior.

Coaching isn't just about talking; it’s about forward movement and personal responsibility. Through our partnership, you will gain:

Holistic Understanding:

A broader perspective on the lifelong recovery process so you stop feeling overwhelmed by the daily weight of it.

Behavioral Awareness:

The ability to identify your personal indicators and triggers that lead to numbing behaviors before they take over.

Tangible Tools:

Practical strategies to stop getting stuck in destructive cycles and start living a wholehearted, honest life.

Wholehearted Living & Transformational Workshops

I believe every person has the capacity to lead—not simply through a title or position, but by the way they show up in their relationships, their recovery, their work, and their everyday life. The choices we make and the courage we practice have the power to influence our families, our communities, and the people around us.

Wholehearted living is about embracing authenticity, courage, compassion, vulnerability, gratitude, and self-worth. It isn't about perfection—it's about learning to live with intention, resilience, and the willingness to keep showing up, even when life is difficult.

For more than 25 years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals on their recovery journeys. Whether you're seeking healing from addiction, navigating a major life transition, rebuilding after adversity, or simply longing to live more authentically, my goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where meaningful growth can occur.

In addition to my scheduled workshops, I offer private one-on-one coaching and customized group experiences built around the Daring Way™ curriculum. These experiences are ideal for individuals, recovery alumni communities, treatment programs, book clubs, women's or men’s gatherings, faith communities, and organizations seeking to cultivate courage, connection, and authentic leadership.

Presentations and workshops can be customized to meet your needs—from a 60-minute keynote to half-day, full-day, multi-day, or retreat experiences. I am available to travel throughout the United States or deliver engaging virtual experiences, making this work accessible wherever your team or community is located.

No matter how we work together, my commitment remains the same: to help you move beyond surviving toward wholehearted living—rooted in recovery, grounded in courage, and empowered to create a life of authenticity, purpose, and lasting connection.

Client Reviews

"I had 2 years of sobriety, but after a relapse, I didn't understand what real recovery work looked like or if I even wanted to do it. Lisa walked through that process with me, helping me understand that while the work is hard, it leads to a place of true acceptance, with not only sobriety, but emotional sobriety. I now have solid years of recovery, and I know for a fact she saved my life."

— Cindy C.

"Lisa’s insight and guidance gave me the tangible tools to build a strong foundation in early recovery. Today, I continue to work with her as my coach. Her structured, personalized approach helps me keep my journey crisp, clear, and centered one day at a time. She is an empowering presence who truly guides you toward meaningful, lasting change."
